If processing of your personal data is necessary to fulfill one of our legal obligations, Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR serves as the legal basis.

If processing is necessary to protect a legitimate interest of our company or a third party and your interests, fundamental rights and freedoms do not outweigh our legitimate interest, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR serves as the legal basis for processing.

3.2. Storage period and deletion of data

The personal data we collect, process and store are generally only stored for as long as the specific purpose of storage requires. If the purpose of storage no longer applies, your data will be deleted or its processing will be restricted.
