The applike group's success story continues, as does the collaboration with Lindner as a partner for tenant expansion. What began as a start-up in 2015 has now grown into one of the ten largest app platforms in the world. With the steady success, the need for office space that meets both the technical requirements and the corporate philosophy and employee needs of the group of companies is also growing. The room concept with its own theme and colour worlds on each floor comes from BAID Architects. After the applike group had already expanded the office space at its headquarters "An der Alster 42", the company moved into additional space in "ADA 1" in 2023, also located on the Alster and designed by BAID.

The existing building from 2007 is known for its "floating eyes", which are a design element in the facade and in the interior, including as recesses in the concrete ceilings. The architects used these recesses to optimise the acoustics and the reverberation time in the room. However, it was important to ensure that the concrete core activation of the ceiling was not weakened. Lindner recommended MUTE+® sound absorbers for this: These can be perfectly inserted into the ceiling recesses and, thanks to a previous calculation and simulation, also ensure optimal room acoustics. Lindner was also able to effectively support BAID with regard to sustainable and circular construction. MUTE+® are easy to dismantle and are made of materials tested for harmful substances. Some of the existing glass partition walls were still in very good condition. It was therefore decided to continue using some of the glass elements after cleaning them with new Lindner Life Pure 620 profiles. Additional office space was separated with new Lindner Life Stereo 125 partition walls, which are also very easy to dismantle and reuse. As part of the tenant fit-out, Lindner also took care of the renovation and freshening up of the existing office space as well as the tea kitchens, sanitary facilities, open meeting points and lounges.
