A pilot area for new offices was created in an existing building in Hamburg for the X-ray and CT system solutions manufacturer Comet Yxlon. This serves as a model for the further conversion of the building and fulfils the high demands placed on the development of ultra-modern inspection solutions. Initially, only part of one wing of the building was modernised, while operations continued in other parts of the building.

The aim was to create an efficient and attractive working environment,
that promotes employee productivity and well-being.
Further renovations are to follow.

With its tenant fit-out | Design & Build division, Lindner SE was already involved in the design and budget planning as well as in the cost calculation and contributed its extensive expertise in various areas. The customer was provided with comprehensive support in collaboration with the furnishing specialist Joppich & Rieckhoff, who took on the consulting, design and delivery of the furniture.

Lindner was responsible for the complete tenant fit-out of the office space, from implementation planning and demolition to the complete fit-out, including all necessary trades such as painting and flooring work, drywall construction, electrical engineering and carpentry work.
With high-quality products such as the Lindner Life Pure 620 glass partition wall
and MUTE+® board sound absorbers, Lindner made a decisive contribution to improving the room acoustics and creating an appealing working atmosphere. Complemented by Lindner lighting technology, such as lighting channels from the Snake series and pendant luminaires from the Loop series, office spaces with ideal lighting and a modern design were created.
