In Goldschmiedgasse in Vienna's first district, the offices of IT consultancy HCM ADVICE were extensively refurbished to create a future-orientated working environment for employees and customers. The construction task was to create appealing work areas that meet modern standards in terms of technology and acoustics and thus promote a productive and inviting atmosphere.

Lindner GmbH was involved in the modernisation of the new office space. In the corridors, curved Lindner MUTE+® baffles merge with light objects to form an architectural work of art and create a dynamic spatial effect. This is perfectly accentuated by soft light from matching wave-shaped LED luminaires, an extraordinary light sculpture by Dr Christoph Müller (bewegende Architektur e.U.). This creates an impressive and lively room atmosphere.

With almost 400 acoustic cylinders of different heights, they not only create an impressive design and visual lightness and modernity, but also reduce the noise level.

The use of glass partitions with an electrically controllable film enables variable discretion - at the touch of a button, the transparent film becomes opaque and ensures privacy and undisturbed working in the office space.

The Lindner Life Stereo 125 glass partition wall also offers excellent sound insulation and class F30 fire protection. Manufactured from Hydro Low-Carbon Aluminium, the profiles cause only a quarter of the CO2 emissions compared to conventional aluminium - or the global average - with a maximum of 4.0 kg of CO2 emissions per kg of aluminium. They therefore make an active contribution to reducing the ecological footprint.

In combination with the ATB 68 aluminium soundproof door, which achieves sound insulation of up to 42 dB Rw, a working environment is created that combines maximum comfort with high sustainability standards.
